> Ick Reply is an AI-powered mobile app that generates witty, personalized clapbacks for unwanted or creepy DMs. Users upload a screenshot or paste a message, select a response style and intensity level, and receive three AI-crafted replies in seconds.

Ick Reply is free to download on iOS and Android. It includes 5 free clapbacks at signup, 8 distinct response styles (The Mirror, The Literalist, The Derailment, The Bureaucrat, The Professor, The Ice Queen, The Predator, and Auto mode), and 5 strength levels from Playful to Nuclear. The app does not store screenshots or messages on servers. All clapback history is stored locally on the user's device.

The Ick Report is the app's AI analysis feature. It produces a cringe score from 0 to 100, a short sender archetype custom-written for that specific message (not chosen from a fixed list), and a set of red flags grounded in the actual wording of the DM. The AI is prompted to avoid threats, body shaming, and slurs. When an incoming message describes violence, stalking, or involves a minor, the app surfaces an inline safety notice alongside the generated replies; it is not an emergency response service.
